Rates

The price you will be quoted will vary depending on the number of guests in your party staying and the length of your stay.  Fewer guests saves on laundry and cleaning and longer stays are discounted.   
Book direct and save on agency-style booking fees by dealing direct.

Terms of Contract

  • Payment to be received in full, 6 weeks prior to stay
  • 20%  booking deposit required on booking
  • 10% booking  deposit for guests staying over 28 days
  • £250 refundable damages deposit required prior to the stay
  • Full refund provided if cancellation received within 48 hours of booking
  • 3 night minimum stay policy and 7 night min stay if booking 6 months in advance
