The house is situated on the small lane part of Tower street which is all a one way street. If you find your way to the top of the high street turn right next to The Westgate on to Tower street. Pass the Tower Street car park on your left and continue down a small lane of Tower Street, Past a Georgian terrace, Tower Court and then you should see a pretty row of 7 terraced houses afterwards. No 81 is second from the end of the terrace, (the pink house in the photo.)
Parking
There are no dedicated parking spaces for Designer's House. However, permit parking for two cars is close by in zone R. Please be advised that parking can be limited at peak times.
Free parking is available between 6pm and 8am and all day Sunday in Tower Street car park 150m from the house. Parking between 8am and 6pm on Monday to Saturday costs £15 per day. There are other car parks not too far and the further out of the city centre the better the value. Please let us know if you need more details.
